The

production of welded pipes in Titanium, Nickel Alloys, Duplex, Superduplex and SMO 254

The pipes are produced in compliance with the ASTM, ASME, EN, PED, NACE, NORSOK standards.

All weldings are carried out by qualified welders according to the most important international standards, such as ASME IX, EN 15614, EN 9606, EN 1418, EN 287.

The qualification of our staff and procedures, the induction furnace for the heat treatment of pipes and the possibility of carrying out the hydrostatic test in-house allow us to guarantee a high quality finished product.

Our production range covers diameters from 2” to 56”, with schedules from 5S to 120.
Sizes or technical features that are not in accordance with the ASME B36.19 M or ASME B36.10 can be supplied on request.

The pipes are made from the following materials:

Nickel Alloys
Nickel 200 - 201
Alloy 400 - C276 - C22 - C4 – 600 - 601 - 625 - 718 - 800 - 800H - 800HT - 825 –Alloy 59

Special Stainless Steels
Duplex – Superduplex - SMO254 - Alloy 904/L

Titanium
Grade: 1, 2 and 7.
